Where can I buy BTC in Germany without ID check?

Servus. I would like to buy 200 - 400 Euro worth of BTC for use as quick and simple alternative payment where PayPal ist not accepted.

Unfortunately it seems that every legit looking website want my ID for verification and I am not comfortable with it. Does anyone knows any proven sources where I can buy the said amount using SEPA/paypal without ID check ?
